Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team. You will lead regional campaigns and programs, including campaign setup, emails, landing pages, audience management, and reporting, partnering with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of marketing experience, strong PM skills, and a passion for Field Marketing, with a track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including previous people leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com required; Marketo certification is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment with shared team goals.
• Should have a passion for Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support the Field Marketing Managers with regional marketing programs by creating and managing campaigns, including Marketo campaign builds, invitation emails, landing pages, audience management, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Lead campaigns like roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events to support net-new, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Facilitate executive and C-level campaigns to create and accelerate opportunities and position Proofpoint as a thought leader.
• Manage alliance and partner marketing programs to build co-marketing initiatives into regional plans.
• Coordinate Greenfield programs targeting new account and contact acquisition.
• Facilitate multilingual virtual events for thousands of attendees with seamless experience for speakers and attendees.
