Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team in a fast-paced environment. You will create and manage regional campaigns, coordinate live and virtual events, and drive demand with cross-functional partners across the Americas.

You will lead and coach teams, manage complex programs, and ensure alignment with global marketing initiatives while delivering measurable pipeline impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including leadership.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo certification is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Collaborative mindset with shared team goals.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage regional marketing campaigns, including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages.
• Coordinate roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events.
• Execute executive and C-level campaigns to accelerate opportunities.
• Develop alliances and partner marketing programs.
• Support multilingual, large-scale virtual events.
• Manage lead management and reporting in Salesforce.
• Handle vendor management and procurement for events.
