Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to lead the Americas Field Marketing team and drive regional strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth.

You will oversee campaign creation, event programs, lead management, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams to deliver scalable regional initiatives and ensure consistency across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including people leadership.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo cert is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proven leadership ability.
• Collaborative environment; passion for Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Marketing Managers by creating and managing campaigns, including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Lead regional programs such as roadshows, virtual events, executive campaigns, alliances, and greenfield initiatives to drive opportunities.
• Facilitate multilingual, large-scale virtual event programs and ensure seamless speaker and attendee experiences.
• Ensure accurate lead management and support direct mail, appointment-setting campaigns, and Salesforce campaign tracking.
• Manage vendors, promotional materials, procurement, inventory, and event logistics.
• Provide onsite event support when required.
