Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to lead the Americas Field Marketing team. The role drives regional marketing campaigns, partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to align priorities with global initiatives and accelerate pipeline growth.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of marketing experience, proven leadership, and deep Marketo and Salesforce.com expertise, with a track record of managing large-scale events and multi-channel programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage regional marketing campaigns, including Marketo campaign builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, and reporting.
• Lead the Field Marketing Programs team and coordinate with Field Marketing Managers to deliver campaigns.
• Manage multilingual virtual events, lead management, direct mail, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor campaign accuracy in Salesforce and ensure scalable processes across the Americas.
