Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team. You will lead regional campaigns, partner with Sales and Marketing, and drive demand and pipeline across the Americas.

In this role you will manage campaign setup in Marketo, coordinate multilingual virtual events, ensure accurate lead management in Salesforce, and coach a high-performing team to achieve quarterly objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com; Marketo certification is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilités

• Create and manage regional campaigns including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, campaign setup, and reporting.
• Coordinate multilingual virtual events for thousands of attendees.
• Ensure accurate lead management and Salesforce campaign tracking.
• Support direct mail campaigns and appointment-setting efforts.
• Manage third-party vendors and event staffing; oversee assets and fulfillment.
• Provide reporting and analytics to Field Marketing Managers.
