Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to join the Americas Field Marketing team. You’ll lead regional campaigns, collaborate with Sales and global marketing to drive demand and pipeline.

You’ll oversee campaign setup, emails, landing pages, audience management, virtual events, direct mail, lead management, and reporting, while scaling processes and building high-performing teams across multilingual programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience with leadership experience.
• Extensive Marketo and Salesforce.com experience; Marketo cert is a plus.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage regional campaigns including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, and reporting.
• Coordinate campaigns with Field Marketing Managers and Sales, aligning with global initiatives.
• Lead multilingual virtual events, provide on-site support as needed, and manage lead flow and reporting.
• Oversee vendor relationships, budgets, and equipment for events; ensure accuracy of campaign data in Salesforce.
