Job summary

Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to lead the Americas Field Marketing team. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth across the Americas.

You will oversee campaign creation, invitation emails, landing pages, audience management, and lead management while ensuring consistency and scalability across campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years of related marketing experience, including leadership experience.
• Extensive experience with Marketo and Salesforce; strong project-management and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring quality.
• Passion for Field Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Marketing Programs team and partner with Field Marketing Managers to bring regional campaigns to life.
• Create and manage campaigns including Marketo builds, emails, landing pages, audience management, and reporting.
