Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to lead regional campaigns across the Americas and drive demand, pipeline, and revenue growth. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional Marketing teams to ensure execution of scalable campaigns, events, and lead programs.

The role requires strong leadership, project management, and hands-on execution with Marketo and Salesforce proficiency, in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 7+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience leading teams and delivering regional marketing programs.
• Marketo and Salesforce.com expertise; Marketo certification is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support Field Marketing Managers by creating and managing campaigns, including Marketo builds and landing pages.
• Lead regional campaigns such as roadshows, seminars, virtual events and industry programs.
• Coordinate executive/partner campaigns to accelerate opportunities and brand thought leadership.
• Manage inventory, vendors, and direct mail campaigns supporting regional plans.
• Oversee lead management, audience targeting, and event execution at scale.
