Proofpoint is seeking a results-driven Manager, Field Marketing Programs to lead the Americas Field Marketing team. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional Marketing to drive demand, accelerate pipeline, and support revenue growth across the Americas.

You will lead a team responsible for campaign creation, invitations, landing pages, audience management, and lead management. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in marketing, strong project management, and a passion for field marketing,

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of marketing experience including people leadership.
• Experience leading regional field marketing programs.
• Experience with Marketo and Salesforce required; certification a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create and manage regional campaigns with Marketo; build emails, landing pages, and audiences.
• Coordinate events: roadshows, seminars, virtual events, and industry events.
• Lead and develop field marketing teams to meet quarterly objectives.
• Manage third-party vendors and inventory for events and promotions.
• Monitor campaign accuracy in Salesforce and report on performance.
• Facilitate large multilingual virtual event programs for thousands.
