Job summary
Otsuka is seeking a Senior Director, Field Analytics & Enablement to lead sub-national analytics, reporting, and platform delivery for customer-facing teams in the United States. Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience across a breadth of commercial functions in biopharmaceuticals
- 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Excellent oral and written communication, with ability to communicate across functions and levels
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve the vision for field reporting and ad hoc analytics at Otsuka, including roadmaps for future capabilities
- Provide data-driven insights to Field Leadership that are actionable and aligned with objectives
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Compliance, and more
