You will partner with field sales, HR, and business unit leaders to deliver best-in-class development experiences and drive succession planning. The role requires extensive leadership development expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to execute multiple projects in a dynamic healthcare

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and facilitate field leadership development programs and processes.
• Consult with commercial unit leaders to identify gaps and sponsor engagement.
• Address evolving workforce needs and promote inclusive leadership behaviors.
• Apply adult learning principles and systems thinking to learning experiences.
• Assess field leadership gaps and co-create solutions with stakeholders.
• Develop high-potential candidates with managers for succession planning.
• Utilize multiple delivery modalities for training effectiveness.
• Partner with external vendors and manage budgets and agreements.
• Coordinate with HR to align with corporate leadership development programs.
