Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across a breadth of commercial functions in the biopharmaceutical industry.
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple functions and levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
• Intellectual curiosity and analytical experience to understand, influence and own analytical solutions.
• History of proven analytics track record preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively to non-technical stakeholders and influence investment in the data ecosystem.
• Ability to manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve the vision for field reporting and ad hoc analytics at Otsuka.
• Develop roadmaps for future capabilities in line with data and technology.
• Provide data-driven insights to field leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Compliance, etc.
• Identify drivers of geography-level performance across therapeutic areas.
• Develop analytical processes and capabilities to meet stakeholder needs.
• Adapt to evolving business needs and approach challenges creatively.
