Job summary

HD Supply seeks a Field Sales Executive in Virginia to exceed sales targets and drive growth across designated territories. You will implement programs, develop long-term sales strategies, and secure profitable new accounts through research, networking, and proactive prospecting. A company vehicle is required and an MVR check will be performed.

Location-based travel and a strong understanding of value-added solutions are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• B2B sales experience including consultative or solution-based selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance sales performance and profitability.
• Generates strategic sales call schedule and conducts face-to-face visits to identify opportunities.
• Develops and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet sales and margin plans.
• Focuses on new account opportunities using effective cold call strategies.
• Implements sales strategies to achieve targeted outcomes and strong client relationships.
• Uses Salesforce reporting to identify opportunities for growth.
• Reviews portfolio to improve underperforming accounts.
• Collaborates with inside sales to drive business growth.
