Job summary

HD Supply seeks a results-oriented sales professional in Virginia Beach to exceed targets by executing strategic sales plans. You will pursue profitable new accounts through research, networking, and proactive prospecting while driving long-term growth.

This role requires operating a company or personal vehicle and passing an MVR check as part of the hiring process. The position emphasizes building strong customer relationships, leveraging industry knowledge, and collaborating with inside sales

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• B2B sales experience including Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manages sales and customer retention initiatives to enhance sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction, while overseeing planning, forecasting and reporting of sales activities.
• Generates a strategic sales call schedule and visits customers to identify opportunities, promoting value-added solutions and overcoming objections.
• Identifies, develops, and maintains a pipeline of qualified accounts to meet or exceed sales and margin plans using CRM tools.
• Focuses on new account opportunities through cold calling to drive territory growth.
• Implements approved sales strategies to achieve targets while maintaining product knowledge and client understanding.
• Uses Salesforce reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities for growth within the territory.
• Reviews customer portfolios to drive action with underperforming accounts.
• Collaborates with inside sales to support business growth.
