Job summary

BlueCat in the United States is seeking a high-performing Federal Enterprise Account Executive to expand our presence across key U.S. Federal agencies. You’ll own strategic accounts, build executive relationships, and close important deals in complex Federal environments.

You’ll position BlueCat’s platform as essential for secure, observable, and automated network infrastructure, collaborating with sales engineering and cross-functional teams to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise technology sales in the U.S. Federal market.
• Proven quota attainment and consistent pipeline growth.
• Experience selling to Federal civilian, defense, or intelligence groups.
• Executive presence with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong prospecting, territory planning, and account development.

Responsibilities

• Own a targeted set of Federal accounts and develop strategic territory plans.
• Manage complex enterprise sales motions from discovery through close.
• Communicate BlueCat’s value across networking, cybersecurity, and observability.
• Forecast accurately and maintain territory visibility in Salesforce.
