Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements through life cycle.
• Ensure FAR clauses are incorporated and flow down to subcontractors.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance on contract matters.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and drafting.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, and renewal dates.
