Job summary

Healtheon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee federal government contracting, subcontract relationships, and compliance. The role requires handling the full lifecycle from review to closeout, applying FAR requirements and coordinating with multiple internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in contract administration, strong knowledge of FAR, and proven negotiation and documentation management skills across federal and commercial agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in contract administration or related field.
• Experience with U.S. federal contracts.
• Strong knowledge of FAR.
• Experience with subcontracts.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of federal and subcontract agreements.
• Apply FAR requirements and policies.
• Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and teaming agreements.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, renewals, and compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, PM, and leadership.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and documentation.
• Support audits and contract closeout activities.
