Healtheon, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage federal government contracts from review to closeout. The role requires strong FAR knowledge and the ability to coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract administration and a paralegal background is preferred to handle complex documentation and compliance requirements.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, government contracting, legal administration, or a closely related field.
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal contracting regulations and FAR.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full lifecycle of federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements from review through execution and closeout.
• Interpret and apply FAR requirements and other federal contracting regulations and policies.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, and leadership on contractual matters.
• Maintain organized contract files and ensure audit-ready documentation.
