Healtheon, Inc. seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee federal government contracting and related agreements. This full-time role focuses on contract administration, compliance with FAR, and managing subcontractor relationships with accuracy and initiative.

You will coordinate with legal, operations, and finance teams, maintain audit-ready files, and drive standard processes for contract templates, tracking, and closeout activities. Paralegal background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in contract administration or government contracting.
• Demonstrated experience with U.S. federal government contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of the FAR.
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractor relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
• Paralegal background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements.
• Interpret FAR requirements and federal contracting policies.
• Review contracts, amendments, NDAs, and related documents.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, insurance, compliance, and renewal dates.
• Maintain subcontractor agreements and flow-down requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, and leadership.
• Identify risks and compliance issues and elevate as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and documentation.
• Assist with negotiations and drafting contractual language.
• Track changes, amendments, and notices.
• Ensure FAR clauses flow down to subcontractors.
• Assist with audits, inquiries, and contract closeout.
• Develop administration processes, templates, tracking systems.
