Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration or government contracting.
• Demonstrated experience with U.S. federal government contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of FAR and federal contracting requirements.
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual documents, terminology, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements—from review to closeout.
• Interpret and apply FAR requirements and related contracting policies.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and related documents.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, milestones, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance on contractual matters.
• Identify risks and compliance issues and elevate as needed.
• Maintain organized contract files and audit-ready documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and drafting of language.
• Track changes, amendments, and correspondence.
• Ensure FAR clauses flow down to subcontractors when applicable.
• Assist with audits and contract closeout activities.
• Develop contract administration processes and templates.
