Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in contract administration or government contracting.
• Experience with U.S. federal government contracts and FAR knowledge.
• Ability to review, organize, and interpret complex legal documents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of federal and subcontract agreements from review to closeout.
• Apply FAR requirements and federal contracting policies to contracts.
• Review and maintain NDAs, teaming agreements, amendments, and purchase agreements.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, insurance, compliance, and renewal dates.
• Maintain subcontractor documents, flow-downs, and performance obligations.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, and finance on contractual matters.
• Identify risks and escalate issues appropriately.
• Keep contract files audit-ready with accurate records.
• Support negotiations and draft contractual language; track all notices.
