The ideal candidate has 5+ years in contract administration or government contracting, strong attention to detail, and excellent written communication. Paralegal or legal background highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in contract administration, government contracting, or related field.
• Experience with U.S. federal government contracts and FAR.
• Strong understanding of contract documents, terminology, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements.
• Interpret FAR requirements and applicable contracting regulations.
• Review and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, NDAs, and amendments.
• Monitor obligations, milestones, and renewal dates.
• Maintain organized contract files and audit-ready records.
• Support negotiations and drafting of contractual language.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, and leadership on contractual matters.
• Identify risks and compliance issues and escalate appropriately.
• Assist with audits and contract closeout activities.
