A paralegal or legal-document background is preferred, with 5+ years in similar roles. The position is based in Houston, TX, and involves close collaboration with legal, operations, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, government contracting, legal administration, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience working with U.S. federal government contracts.
• Strong working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Experience managing subcontracts and subcontractor relationships.
• Strong understanding of legal and contractual documents, terminology, and requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full lifecycle of federal, commercial, and subcontract agreements from review to execution, administration, modification, and closeout.
• Interpret and apply FAR requirements and federal contracting regulations.
• Review contracts, subcontracts, amendments, NDAs, teaming agreements, and other documents.
• Monitor obligations, deliverables, milestones, insurance requirements, and renewal dates.
• Coordinate with legal, operations, finance, project management, and leadership on contractual matters.
