Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a self-starter to lead revenue generation in the Federal Civilian business, engaging with DHS mission owners, technical leaders and a partner network to drive cloud adoption.

You will build strategic sales plans, manage a growing customer base across DHS, and collaborate with Legal, Marketing, Product, Contracts and executives to align on mission outcomes and revenue growth.

Qualifications

5+ years of technology sales selling enterprise software, networking, infrastructure, managed hosting services, or cloud computing services experience
BA or BS degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
10+ years of enterprise commercial sales experience
Can show strong verbal and written communication skills

Responsabilités

Set a strategic sales plan for target markets aligned with AWS priorities.
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory.
Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast of opportunities.
Identify prospects, partners, and channels with clear value propositions.
Serve as a key member of the Public Sector team to drive AWS adoption.
Understand certifications relevant to the public sector enabling mission delivery.
Develop and manage the sales pipeline with prospects, partners, and customers.
Work with customers to ensure success using cloud services to advance their mission.
Guide product direction with internal teams based on customer needs.
Deliver business reviews to senior management on strategies and revenue growth.
