Job summary

Qwaltec, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Development & Capture Manager to drive growth in federal space, defense, and government contracting markets.

You will develop capture plans, engage with DoD and Space Force customers, and lead pursuit strategies to position the company for success. In this role you will strengthen BD systems, manage opportunities, and coordinate with engineers, program managers, and leadership to align contract pursuits with capability offerings and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in federal BD, capture, proposal support, or government acquisition.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with technical and acquisition audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with government program offices and industry partners.
• Support capture activities including competitive analysis and opportunity qualification.
• Develop and maintain BD pipeline, CRM discipline, and executive reporting.
• Support proposal efforts with market intelligence and win-theme development.
• Represent Qwaltec at industry events and brief government customers.
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to align BD activities with growth priorities.
