Job summary

Quindar is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to scale our U.S. Government business from the core of our growth strategy.

You will own pipeline development, capture, and program execution across DoD, USSF, SDA, and IC, partnering with product and engineering to align capabilities with mission needs. You will build a high-performing BD and capture team, establish repeatable processes, and manage senior government relationships to drive revenue and strategic milestones.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in government BD, capture, or growth roles.
• Proven track record owning complex programs ($50M+), including OTAs, BAAs, IDIQs or equivalent.
• Strong network with senior government stakeholders and ability to build partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the Government Business Line and drive multi-year growth strategy.
• Lead end-to-end capture for high-value programs from shaping to award.
• Build repeatable capture processes and a scalable BD organization.
• Shape market position and establish strategic government partnerships.
