Job summary

The Peerless Group is seeking a BD and Capture Analyst in the National Capital Area for a full-time W2 role, with hybrid work across telework and client-sites as needed. You will support the pursuit of strategic federal opportunities, collaborate with senior leadership, and help identify and qualify new opportunities.

This position offers exposure to defense, civil, health, and intelligence markets, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits including Health Reimbursement

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the BD life cycle (BD, capture, and proposals) and the federal procurement system and various acquisition strategies and contract types
• Excellent communication, management, and organization skills
• Collaborative and works well with others in a team setting
• Minimum 3 years of BD, capture management, or relevant industry experience

Responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with the BD and Capture Managers and team members from operations, solution, pricing, and proposal teams
• Manage the timely delivery of discrete tasks and documentation in support of the BD or capture efforts
• Perform BD/Capture-related research and analysis on target agencies, opportunities, partners, competitors, policies, etc.
• Develop BD pipelines by performing research on agency budgets, strategic plans, contracts and vehicles, current incumbents, expiring contracts, new requirements, etc.
• Support teaming efforts including meetings, discussions, and teaming agreements
• Create inputs to proposal responses, presentations, and spreadsheets, as needed
• Communicate any resource needs, deficiencies, or problems in a timely manner
