Job summary

U.S. Fall Protection is seeking a seasoned, relationship-driven business development professional to grow existing accounts and pursue select new opportunities across facilities and business units.

You will manage a defined territory within 300 miles of Florence, KY, travel as needed, and work with an experienced team delivering safety solutions to customers in industries like pharmaceutical, automotive, and manufacturing. Base salary is $60,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Working knowledge of OSHA 1910 and 1926 fall protection requirements preferred.
• Willingness to travel, climb ladders and work around heights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, manufacturers, and other decision-makers.
• Develop territory plans, identify key influencers, and move opportunities efficiently from prospecting through close.
• Recommend appropriate fall protection products and services based on each customer’s needs.
• Generate new business through outreach, networking, marketing materials, social media, and consistent follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer, activity, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the General Manager, Estimators, Marketing, Technical Support, and other internal partners.
• Gather basic field measurements and project information needed for product-specific solutions.
