100Hires, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Territory Sales professional to grow our U.S. Fall Protection business within a 300-mile radius of Florence, KY.

You’ll cultivate relationships with building owners, facility managers, and contractors, translate customer needs into tailored fall protection solutions, and move opportunities from prospecting to close. In this role you’ll work autonomously in the field with support from the General Manager and internal teams, maintaining accurate CRM

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in safety or construction.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and timelines in a field role.
• Familiarity with OSHA fall protection requirements is a plus.

• Cultivate and expand relationships with building owners, facility managers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
• Create territory plans, map influencers, and move deals from prospecting to close.
• Match customer needs to fall protection products and services.
• Generate new business via outreach, networking, and marketing assets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and coordinate with internal teams to win projects.
