City Wide of Tulsa is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to drive client happiness and growth. You will be the strategic partner for assigned accounts, managing service delivery and turning everyday clients into raving advocates.

The role requires 2+ years in account management, strong communication, and the ability to travel daily to local client sites. A Predictive Index assessment and background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a client retention or account management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel daily to local client sites.
• Pass a Predictive Index assessment and a pre-employment background check.
