Job summary

Staples in Ohio is seeking an experienced outside sales professional to join our Facility Solutions team. You will develop growth plans, present product solutions, and help customers improve operations and reduce total cost of ownership across Jan/San, Breakroom, Safety, and related offerings.

You will travel within the region to visit customers, perform facility assessments, and collaborate with internal teams to close complex opportunities and expand strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans for Facility Solutions in the assigned market.
• Act as subject matter expert for Jan/San, Breakroom, Safety, and Facility Solutions offerings.
• Conduct joint sales calls and prepare customer presentations, facility assessments, and demonstrations.
• Drive revenue, gross margin, retention, and penetration objectives across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support implementation and ongoing account growth.
