Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions of Northwest Ohio seeks an Account Manager to manage an established portfolio of commercial clients. You will be a trusted advisor, visiting facilities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring exceptional service.

You will identify opportunities to expand services, prepare proposals, and maintain detailed CRM records while traveling across Northwest Ohio. A strong relationship focus and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, B2B sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Northwest Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships through regular facility visits and proactive communication.
• Conduct routine quality inspections to ensure exceptional service.
• Respond quickly to client concerns and coordinate solutions with our contractor network.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional facility maintenance services and products.
• Prepare pricing, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate new client onboarding and ensure a seamless startup experience.
• Recruit, support, and maintain relationships with independent contractors.
• Partner with Night Managers to ensure consistent service quality.
• Maintain accurate client records, inspection reports, and activity notes within our CRM system.
• Work closely with the Sales Team to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
• Protect and grow an established book of business through exceptional customer service.
