Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or related experience.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Experience in Jan/San and/or Breakroom industries preferred.

• Retain and Grow Facility Solutions Sales and Margin.
• Shape Account Strategy: Develop plans for retention, growth, and prospecting within your portfolio.
• Consultative Selling: Uncover evolving customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Leverage Digital Dexterity: Use CRM and enablement platforms to manage your pipeline.
• Collaborate with pricing and support to align solutions with customer goals.
• Deliver Presentations: Create insight-driven presentations connecting needs to solutions.
• Ensure Program Compliance: Adhere to programs, pricing, and guidelines.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry developments to provide relevant solutions.
