ABM Industries is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to expand commercial and industrial accounts within a defined Atlanta territory. You will craft and present strategic sales plans and bundled service proposals across cleaning, environmental, parking, and engineering solutions.

In this role, you will leverage relationships with clients and internal teams, lead complex negotiations, and manage the transition to operations to ensure commitments are met.

Formación

• 5+ years of service sales experience, including finding, qualifying, and closing new business primarily through cold calls and self-generated leads.
• Experience with facility services or related fields is strongly desired.
• Strong writing and presenting compelling, detailed sales proposals.
• Experience pricing labor within proposals preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute short and long-term sales plans, maintain present sales, attract new prospects, create proposals, respond to RFPs, and close new business.
• Own the information base on prospective clients within the territory.
• Prospect for new business by cold calls, networking, and lead generation & qualification.
• Use marketing materials to create customized, detailed proposals.
• Research a customer's existing facility solutions and schedule a bid walk of the facility with the prospect.
• Negotiate contracts, close the deal, and transition to operations.
