ABM US is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, Commercial in Tempe, AZ. You will identify and cultivate new commercial accounts, focusing on ABM’s onsite facility services, including cleaning, environmental, parking, and engineering solutions.

Lead end-to-end sales, negotiate contracts, and cross-sell eight service lines while collaborating with operations to ensure flawless execution and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years in service sales with a track record of sourcing, qualifying, and closing new business.
• Experience in facility services, janitorial, CRE, or property management preferred.
• Ability to craft and present persuasive, detailed proposals.
• Experience in labor pricing within proposals is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies to grow new business.
• Manage territory intelligence and maintain a prospect database (Salesforce).
• Proactively reach out via cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Create compelling, customized proposals using ABM materials.
• Analyze clients’ current programs and coordinate facility walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with operations on strategic and financial planning.
• Lead negotiations, close deals, and oversee transitions to operations.
• Establish a strong territory presence with industry influencers and partners.
• Monitor bid schedules and stay aware of competitive landscape.
• Support marketing initiatives (digital and direct campaigns).
• Assist in training and mentoring as needed.
• Partner with operations to align with client needs and territory goals.
• Contribute to competitive intelligence efforts.
