Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a senior Facilities Manager in Charlotte, NC to lead daily operations of buildings, systems, and grounds. You will oversee maintenance programs, vendor partnerships, and a facilities team to ensure safe, compliant, and scalable operations across sites.

The role includes strategic planning, capital budgeting, disaster recovery, and risk management to support donor and staff experiences. Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field is required.
• 5-7 years of work experience in engineering, construction, and project management.
• Experience managing leases and leased properties.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional partners.
• Experience in multi-site, regulated operations (healthcare, labs, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities team and manage projects and initiatives.
• Provide developmental feedback and perform performance reviews.
• Liaise with HR for talent acquisition and team development.
• Oversee KPI performance, budgets, and on-time completion of work orders.
• Direct construction and renovation nationwide with external contractors and vendors.
• Develop capital plans and ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
• Support center relocation, disaster recovery, and safety compliance programs.
• Manage vendor operations (security, maintenance, lighting, waste, etc.).
• Prepare monthly project updates, costs, incidents, and productivity reports.
