Werfen seeks a Facilities Leader to oversee three sites (Georgia, New Jersey, and Nova Scotia) ensuring safe, compliant, and fully operational facilities for diagnostic manufacturing and distribution. You will manage infrastructure, safety programs, and site services across complex campuses.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, drive capital projects, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to support the Transfusion business while maintaining regulatory and quality

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, facilities management or related field.
• CFM designation highly preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years leading facilities teams in a regulated diagnostics environment.
• Knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Experience with GMPs, GDP, FDA regulations and ISO standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end operations of 3 sites with office, manufacturing, and distribution spaces; ensure safety and reliability.
• Lead facilities, maintenance, calibration, and safety teams with clear accountability.
• Develop and execute long- and short-term plans to improve facility systems and infrastructure.
• Manage critical infrastructure and manufacturing equipment with preventive maintenance and rapid response.
• Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and project management for expansions and renovations.
• Lead Site Master Plan and Business Continuity planning for all sites.
• Ensure regulatory readiness and audit compliance across facilities.
