Job summary

Vitalant is seeking a Senior Manager, Regional Facility Operations to lead a portfolio of facilities in a hybrid environment. You will drive maintenance, safety, and performance while guiding regional teams and partnering with stakeholders.

This role focuses on reliability, energy efficiency, and cost optimization across owned and leased sites. The candidate will manage capital planning, budgeting, and safety compliance (FDA, NFPA), travel ~25%, and clear reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and facility improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop regional facilities personnel.
• Oversee building systems and maintenance operations (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Develop preventive maintenance and capital asset replacement strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service agreements.
