Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a dynamic operations leader to manage daily donor center operations, ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards while maintaining safety and quality.

You will lead cross-functional teams, schedule staff, oversee training as a designated trainer, and drive KPI performance, inventory control, and cost optimization. The role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 12 months of applicable experience.
• 1 year of operations and/or process management/supervisory experience preferred.
• 1 year of people management preferred.
• Trained in all production areas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations to maintain safety and quality.
• Assist with inspections and CAPA actions across departments.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and processes.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct safety training.
• Oversee preventive maintenance of donor center equipment.
• Manage product storage, shipments, and handling of unsuitable products.
• Support production targets, cost optimization, and inventory management.
• Participate in performance reviews, hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Foster an inclusive culture and adherence to HR policies.
• Provide on-the-job and certification training as a designated trainer.
• Lead area walkthroughs to support productivity and operations.
• Maintain donor relationships and support marketing initiatives.
• Manage scheduling, payroll records, and staff meetings.
• Monitor KPIs and address deficiencies with leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
