Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a detail-focused Leasing Coordinator to manage facility and fleet leases across all sites. You will coordinate site leases nationwide and partner with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure the right equipment is available for daily operations.

You will organize vendors and contractors, respond to lease inquiries, enter data on orders, review contracts for compliance, and support file preparation. Occasional overnight travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field is required.
• 2+ years coordinating facilities or fleet at corporate level preferred.
• 2+ years of corporate experience with commercial insurance preferred.
• Experience with contract administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the leasing of operational sites nationwide.
• Build relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure proper equipment.
• Organize vendors and contractors for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to lease-related inquiries from management.
• Enter and track data for vehicle and equipment orders.
• Review contract documents for guidelines and third-party leasing compatibility.
• Assist with preparing files, documents, and reports as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel is possible.
• Maintain vendor certification program including risk management and COIs.
