Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to oversee the coordination of facilities and equipment leases as well as fleet management for all sites.

You will develop strong relationships with Plant and Warehouse Managers, organize vendors, track lease data, and ensure contracts meet guidelines. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field required (bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 2+ years of corporate experience coordinating facilities or fleet.
• 2+ years of corporate experience with commercial insurance preferred.
• Experience with contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the leasing of operational sites throughout the country.
• Build strong relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure appropriate equipment at each location.
• Organize vendors and contractors needed to maintain facilities.
• Respond to inquiries from management about vehicle and facilities leases.
• Enter and track data relating to vehicle and equipment orders.
• Review contract documents to ensure guidelines are met for third party leasing.
• Assist with preparation of files, documents, and reports.
• Occasional overnight travel is possible.
• Maintain vendor certification program including risk management and certificates of insurance.

• Coordinate the leasing of operational sites throughout the country
• Build strong and consultative relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure that each location has the appropriate equipment needed for business operations
• Organize vendors and contractors needed to maintain all facilities
• Respond to inquiries from management about vehicle and facilities leases
• Enter and track data relating to vehicle and equipment orders
• Review contract documents and associated worksheets to make sure they meet guidelines and are acceptable to third party leasing organizations if necessary
• Assist with the preparation of files, documents, and reports as needed
• Occasional overnight travel is possible with this position
• Maintain vendor certification program including risk management and certificates of insurance

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Requirements

Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in business or related field, required (bachelor’s degree, preferred)
• 2 or more years of corporate level experience coordinating facilities or fleet, preferred
• 2 or more years of corporate level experience with commercial insurance, preferred
• Previous experience with contract administration, preferred
