Job summary

Our Community Our Kids in Plano, TX is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to oversee day-to-day operations of agency properties, fleet, maintenance, and vendor services across ten satellite offices and a warehouse.

You will support the Property Services Manager, ensure safety, regulatory, and accreditation standards, and maintain records, schedules, and documentation. Travel frequently to sites and respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of facilities coordination, property services, or related work experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple office locations and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain field presence by visiting offices, warehouse, and satellite locations to identify and resolve property-related issues.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and communicate with vendors, landlords and staff to minimize disruptions.
• Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of buildings, satellite offices, warehouse and rental home.
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare reports on facilities, fleet, and safety performance for leadership.
