Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to manage site and fleet leases across all locations. You will coordinate operational leases, build strong relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers, and organize vendors and contracts to support facility operations.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree, 2+ years in corporate facilities or fleet coordination, and solid Excel/Word skills, with strong organizational and communication abilities. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in business or related field required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of corporate experience coordinating facilities or fleet.
• 2+ years of corporate experience with commercial insurance preferred.
• Previous contract administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the leasing of operational sites across the country.
• Build relationships with Plant/Warehouse Managers to ensure appropriate equipment.
• Organize vendors and contractors for facilities maintenance.
• Perform routine contract administration duties.
• Respond to inquiries about vehicle and facilities leases.
• Enter and track data related to vehicle and equipment orders.
• Review contract documents to meet guidelines for third parties.
• Prepare files, documents, and reports as needed.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Maintain vendor certification program including risk management and certificates of insurance.
