Job summary

XCUTIVES INC. is seeking an experienced Client Partner in San Francisco to drive revenue and margin growth within strategic Hi-Tech and FAANG accounts. You will build strong C-suite relationships, expand existing business, and position digital and AI-led solutions.

Key responsibilities include owning FAANG relationships, identifying new opportunities, developing proposals, and partnering across delivery, technology, and sales teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue targets are met.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT services sales or client management experience.
• Strong experience managing and growing Hi-Tech/FAANG accounts.
• Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Proven consultative and value-based selling track record.
• Ability to map stakeholders and expand existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of AI and digital transformation.
• Excellent C-suite/CXO communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Solid business acumen with revenue and margin targets achieved.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships within FAANG accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities across existing accounts and new LOBs.
• Build relationships with senior executives and CXO stakeholders.
• Develop and present proposals, solutions, and commercial agreements.
• Drive account growth through cross-sell, upsell and new opportunities.
• Partner with internal teams to create client solutions.
• Oversee delivery of IT and Digital services and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage revenue, margins, invoicing, and collections for assigned accounts.
