Job summary

Qualifications
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (mandatory)
- Strong consulting-led selling and deal shaping capabilities
- Deep understanding of AI/GenAI, digital, and cloud transformation
- Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership
- Executive-level communication, influence, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor
- Own the end-to-end account P&L
- Drive large, multi-year deals across digital, IT, AI, and business transformation
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and account expansion strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams across sales, delivery, consulting, and alliances
- Oversee delivery, ensuring high client satisfaction and operational excellence
