Dow Inc. is recruiting for an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager. The role can be located in Midland, MI, Houston, TX, Terneuzen, NL, or Tarragona, ESP.

You will define sourcing opportunities, align strategies, leverage supplier relationships, and negotiate to optimize sustained value for Dow. You may lead small projects and mentor colleagues while building consensus. You will analyze market conditions, manage risk, and drive value through competitive sourcing, supplier qualification, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR relevant military experience or 10 years of relevant work.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• US work authorization (no visa sponsorship).

Responsabilités

• Clarify the scope of purchase and service requirements with stakeholders.
• Drive value from the market and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess risk across market, supplier, and purchases.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for safe, compliant purchases.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFI, RFQ/RFP, bidding, and negotiation with suppliers.
• Resolve complex problems and evaluate established and new solutions.
• Negotiate, execute and implement commercial agreements and related processes.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation and drive SRM improvements.
