Dow Inc. is seeking an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to drive value across multiple Dow locations, including Midland, Houston, Terneuzen, and Tarragona. You will define sourcing opportunities, align strategies, and negotiate with suppliers to optimize sustained value for Dow.

You will lead supplier qualification, RFI/RFQ processes, and bid evaluations while ensuring safety and compliance. This role requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• US-based applicants must be eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship is offered.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify scope of purchase and service requirements.
• Leverage market knowledge and best practices to drive value and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assess and manage risk profile of market, supplier, and purchases.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for competitive and reliable purchases that meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFIs, RFQ/RFPs, competitive bidding, bid evaluations, and negotiations.
• Analyze problems, examine information from multiple sources, and evaluate new solutions.
• Negotiate, execute and implement commercial agreements aligned with regional strategies.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluation and drive improvements via SRM and KPIs (Safety, Productivity, Quality).
• Use influential leadership to elevate team performance.
