EY is seeking an Executive Talent Attraction Recruiter, Assistant Director, to own executive recruiting for the US market, partnering with an Executive Recruiter to manage talent pipelines and engage with leaders and candidates. You will shape recruiting strategies and drive high-impact outcomes across EY service lines.

You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and guiding teams on external engagement, pipeline development, and process modernization

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in the executive level search and recruitment process.
• Ability to develop an effective sourcing strategy.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients and candidates.
• 8-10+ years of experienced hire recruitment experience, including executive recruitment.
• Knowledge of current recruitment laws and best practices.
• Proficiency with MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Avature is a plus.

• Develop recruiting strategies to attract executive hires and serve as a key contact to client groups and external candidates.
• Assess business leadership resource needs against the talent market to build a compelling pipeline through various channels.
• Ensure all sourcing strategies are inclusive and effective across platforms.
• Integrate EY's brand strategy into all recruitment activity at all levels.
• Act as a change agent for new technology and tools rolled out to recruiting teams.
• Stay informed of talent and labor market insights and share findings.
• Provide training and performance feedback to teammates.
• Leverage AI to enhance efficiencies and sourcing impact.
