Kaseya is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead executive searches across the company, owning Director-level and above hiring for Go-to-Market, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology. You will partner with senior leaders, run searches end-to-end from intake to offer, and shape how Kaseya conducts executive recruiting.

In this high-visibility role you will build search strategies, map markets, engage passive talent, and ensure a confidential, positive candidate experience

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 years focused on Director-level and above or executive search.
• Proven track record closing senior hires across multiple functions, ideally GTM, Corporate Functions and Product & Technology.
• Experience in-house at a high-growth technology or SaaS company, or at a retained executive search firm.
• Strong direct sourcing skills, with demonstrated success engaging passive senior candidates.
• Ability to assess leadership capability and provide candid, evidence-based recommendations to senior executives.
• Strong offer negotiation and closing skills, including complex executive compensation (base, bonus, equity, sign-on).
• Executive presence and the confidence to advise and influence senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; discretion with confidential information.
• Hands-on experience with ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Highly organized, able to manage several concurrent senior searches with competing priorities.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle executive searches for Director, Senior Director, VP and C-suite roles across GTM, Corporate Functions and P&T.
• Run intake sessions with hiring executives to define role, success profile, compensation, and talent pools.
• Build search strategies and market maps, including target companies and passive talent pipelines.
• Source and engage senior passive talent directly via networks and targeted outreach.
• Assess leadership capability and present well-calibrated shortlists with summaries.
• Design and coordinate structured interview processes, including panel planning and prep.
• Manage offers end-to-end: benchmarking, strategy, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain Greenhouse records for resumes, interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Collaborate with external retained search firms when used; manage terms and budgets.
• Report status and insights to executives and TA leadership on cadence.
