Kaseya is seeking a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on GTM hiring across Sales, Account Management, SDR, Customer Success, Channel, and related functions to identify and onboard top talent.

Qualifications

1+ years of recruiting experience in agency or in-house Talent Acquisition.
Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities.
Strong candidate sourcing skills and confidence engaging talent.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple positions.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for GTM positions (SDRs, Account Managers, Sales Reps, Customer Success, leadership hires).
Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, role requirements, and target profiles.
Source, screen, and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and outreach.
Conduct recruiter screenings and present qualified candidates to hiring teams.
Coordinate and manage the interview process from application to offer acceptance.
Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting activity in Greenhouse.
Monitor recruiting progress, pipeline activity, and hiring metrics.
Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future GTM needs.
